Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you complete control over your email accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox to another, configure email filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just select the e-mailbox you would like to forward messages from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
